The Trouble with Time Travel takes place four years after Seven Rules of Time Travel and the once ordinary Quinn Black is now an internationally known tech mogul that has advanced the world immensely in the past four years, in spite of the fact that he hasn't been able to travel in time.The trouble is, just as Quinn settling into his life of not traveling in time, he is sent on the time travel of his lifetime. What ensues next is a fury of action, suspense and intrigue as Quinn ends up in places he just shouldn't, or at least thought he shouldn't. Instead of Quinn controlling time, time is controlling Quinn, and he must scramble to try to regain control and get back home.The worst part is that he may not be the only time traveler..The Trouble with Time Travel is the second book in Roy Huff's Seven Rules of Time Travel series and he shows that the second can indeed outshine the first, and you do not have to read the first book to enjoy this one. It is a wild ride of fun that ends all too soon, but there will be another!I highly recommend The Trouble with Time Travel to any science fiction fan, especially those that like hopeful stories as opposed to dystopic stories. It was clearly written for adults but it was something that I would have very much enjoyed reading as a young teen. I enjoyed it so much, I reread it shortly after I finished it, something I almost never do. It was simply that entertaining!I received a free copy of this book as a beta reader and voluntarily chose to review it.. which had absolutely no impact on my opinion of the book.
